Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) has made a remarkable debut in the luxury aviation industry with the introduction of the ACJ TwoTwenty, an extraordinary "Xtra Large Bizjet" that redefines what it means to travel in style. This groundbreaking business jet was unveiled at the National Business Aviation Association Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) on October 16, 2023, marking a new era in private air travel.
The ACJ TwoTwenty is set to create a brand-new market segment, emphasizing cabin space, intercontinental range, and state-of-the-art technology, all at a price point similar to ultra-long-range jets. With an intercontinental range of 5,650 nautical miles or more than 12 flight hours, this jet can connect city pairs around the world, from Los Angeles to London to Miami to Buenos Aires.
What truly sets the ACJ TwoTwenty apart is its astounding cabin space. Boasting over 786 square feet of floor space, this aircraft offers more than double the cabin space of traditional long-range business jets. It features a six-zone cabin layout, two extra cabin zones for enhanced privacy, and unrivaled amenities that include a true office environment with "best-in-class connectivity" and 55-inch 4K televisions. The master suite is a sanctuary of comfort, complete with a California King bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a luxurious rain shower.
Despite its spacious interior, the ACJ TwoTwenty is designed to be cost-effective, with lower operating costs compared to ultra-long-range business jets. This cost-efficiency is achieved through reduced maintenance and training expenses. The jet is powered by Pratt & Whitney engines specifically designed for lower fuel burn and reduced CO2 emissions, thereby lowering operational costs and minimizing its environmental impact.

Sean McGeough, Vice President of Corporate Jets for North America, stated, "The ACJ TwoTwenty is set to become a game-changer in the business aviation market. It offers a unique combination of unmatched cabin space, intercontinental range, state-of-the-art amenities, and competitive pricing."
In addition to its remarkable capabilities, the ACJ TwoTwenty aligns with Airbus's commitment to sustainability. The aircraft can fly with up to a 50 percent blend of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) while adhering to the technical specifications of Jet A. Airbus has ambitious plans to ensure that all of its commercial aircraft and helicopters can operate with 100 percent SAF by 2030, contributing significantly to the decarbonization of the aviation sector.

The financial landscape in business aviation is also showing promising trends, as a survey conducted by Airbus Corporate Jets revealed that 82 percent of U.S.-based business aviation financiers and private jet brokers expect increased access to business aviation financing over the next three years. This optimism is supported by the finding that 98 percent of respondents believe that business aviation finance rates remain attractive, with using credit for aircraft purchases being preferred over tying up capital.
The ACJ TwoTwenty represents a leap forward in luxury aviation, combining expansive cabin space, intercontinental range, and sustainability, all while maintaining cost-efficiency. With an ever-expanding array of options and opportunities for financing, this jet offers a glimpse into the future of business aviation.
